Description of requirement
IGF::OT::IGF BPA FOR THE LARAMIE RANGER DISTRICT VAULT PUMPING SINGLE BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENTS (BPA) WILL BE ESTABLISHED TO PROVIDE PUMPING SERVICE FOR VAULT TOILETS AND SEPTIC TANKS AT USDA FOREST SERVICE MANAGED RECREATION SITES LOCATED IN THE LARAMIE RANGER DISTRICTS, IN WYOMING AS IDENTIFIED IN THE FOLLOWING SCHEDULE OF ITEMS. THIS PROJECT INCLUDES THE REMOVAL OF ALL SOLID WASTE FROM 41 VAULT TOILETS ON THE LARAMIE RANGER DISTRICT WITH ALL WASTE BEING REMOVED FROM THE TOILET SITE AND DEPOSITED IN A STATE APPROVED SEWAGE SYSTEM. ALL CANS, BOTTLES AND OTHER FOREIGN OBJECTS ARE TO BE PLACED IN PLASTIC GARBAGE BAGS FURNISHED BY THE CONTRACTOR AND DISPOSED OF PROPERLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH CURRENT LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL SANITARY REGULATIONS. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL PERSONNEL, EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, MATERIALS, VEHICLES, SUPERVISION, AND OTHER INCIDENTALS NECESSARY TO PERFORM TOILET PUMPING SERVICES.
