ARTICLE I - SCOPE OF BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT THIS BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT IS ESTABLISHED TO PROVIDE THE SERVICES OF A "CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM INSTRUCTOR" FOR THE INTERNATIONAL BROADCASTING BUREAU CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM "COMMONSPOT". THE CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM INSTRUCTOR SHALL HAVE A BROAD KNOWLEDGE OF IBB'S COMMONSPOT CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND EXPERIENCE WITH TEACHING SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS TO END USERS. THE CONTRACTOR WILL WORK WITH IBB CLIENTS, INCLUDING VOA'S LANGUAGE SERVICE, RESPONDING TO HELP REQUESTS. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PERFORM A VARIETY OF ACTIVITIES INCLUDING SOME OR ALL OF THOSE LISTED BELOW:
