THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY S (DOE) OFFICE OF ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND RENEWABLE ENERGY (EERE), BUILDING TECHNOLOGY PROGRAM HAS A SUPPORT REQUIREMENT FOR ASSISTANCE IN SCIENTIFIC AND ENGINEERING ANALYSIS OF PRODUCTS AND BUILDINGS, ENERGY MODELING, BASELINE STUDIES AND STRATEGIC ASSESSMENTS, UNBIASED EVALUATION OF TECHNOLOGIES, ENERGY PERFORMANCE VERIFICATION AND VALIDATION, ECONOMIC AND MARKET ASSESSMENTS, PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, PROGRAM SUPPORT AND PROGRAM PLANNING, CONCEPTUAL DESIGN REVIEWS, PRELIMINARY AND FINAL DESIGN REVIEWS, ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENTS, AND FIELD INSPECTION.
