Description of requirement

THIS AGREEMENT AWARD IS FOR THE BASIC ORDERING AGREEMENT FOR THE OKLAHOMA, ARKANSAS, LOUISIANA, AND EAST TEXAS GEOGRAPHIC AREA. THE BOA WILL BE FOR THE EXECUTION OF A BROAD RANGE OF CONSTRUCTION SERVICES INCLUDING NEW WORK, ADDITIONS, ALTERATIONS, MAINTENANCE, AND REPAIRS FOR FAA FACILITIES. THE BOA WILL HAVE A TOTAL AGREEMENT CEILING OF $9,500,000.00. THE SIZE OF THE BOA ORDERS IS ANTICIPATED TO BETWEEN $250,000.00 AND $1,000,000.00; HOWEVER, THERE IS NO MINIMUM OR MAXIMUM LIMIT ON THE RESULTING BOA ORDERS. THIS BOA AGREEMENT INCLUDES AND INCORPORATES THE LANGUAGE IN THE ATTACHED DOCUMENT TITLED OKLAHOMA, ARKANSAS, LOUISIANA, AND EAST TEXAS AGREEMENT DESCRIPTION. THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) IS 236220, COMMERCIAL AND INSTITUTIONAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION, WHICH HAS A SMALL BUSINESSES SIZE STANDARD OF $36,500,000.00.
