DTMA-91-D-2013-0005 PACIFIC TRACKER AND PACIFIC COLLECTOR (MDA) VESSELS LONG-TERM LAYBERTH SERVICES ON THE US WEST COAST, THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION MARITIME ADMINISTRATION IS AWARDING AN INDEFINITE QUANTITY FIRM-FIXED PRICED CONTRACT FOR THE EXCLUSIVE LONG-TERM SAFE LAYBERTHING OF MDA DESIGNATED MARAD RRF VESSELS OR OTHER GOVERNMENT VESSELS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK.
