SUBCRIPTION FOR HITWISE WEBSITE-MARKET RESEARCH TITLE: SUBCRIPTION FOR HITWISE WEBSITE-MARKET RESEARCH AWARD AND SERVICES ARE REQUIRED BY MARCH 31, 2009. THIS SUBSCRIPTION IS CURRENTLY PROVIDED UNDER PURCHASE ORDER DTNH22-08-P-00535 AND WILL EXPIRES ON MARCH 31, 2009. THIS PROCUREMENT ACTION CONTINUES THIS SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE FOR A 5-YEAR PERIOD AND PROVIDES SUBSCRIPTION ACCCESS TO WEBSITE INCLUDING ACCESS TO ALL 177 HITWISE INDUSTRY CATEGORIES, SUITE OF 16 COMPETITIVE INTELLIGENCE MARKET REEARCH TOOLS, AS WELL AS RELATED PROFESSIONAL CONSULTATIONS AND TRAINING. INCLUDED IS HITWISE'S PROPRIETARY RELATION AS CLARITAS, INC.'S ONLY ONLINE PARTNER, ENABLING NHTSA TO ADVANCE IT'S TARGETED RESARCH INTO THE ONLINE WORLD USING SOCIO GEODEMOGRAPHIC PSYCHOGRAPHIC AND LIFESTYLE DATA CURENTLY AVAILABLE FOR TRADITIONAL MEDIA. THE ONLINE TOOLS WILL BE USED TO IDENTIFY ONLINE LOCATIONS OF POPULATIONS AT RISK FOR A VARIETY OF TRAFFIC SAFETY PROBLEMS AND HELP DETERMINE EFFECTIVE WAYS OF REACHING THOSE INDIVIDUAL AS WELL AS INCREASING EFFECTIVENESS OF NHTSA'S AFFILIATED WEBSITES OUTREACH AND COMMUNICATION EFFORTS. ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION ESTIMATES INCLUDE A 10% ANNUAL SERVICE INCREASE. THIS CONTRACT HAS A ONE (1) YEAR BASE AND FOUR (4) OPTION YEARS. TOTAL ESTIMATED VALUE OVER THE 5 YEAR LIFE OF THE CONTRACT IS $335,780. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE WITH OPTION YEARS IS 3/31/2009 - 3/30/2014
