Description of requirement

THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE THE NECESSARY LABOR, MATERIALS, AND EQUIPMENT TO REMEDIATE AND CLEANUP ANY CHEMICAL SPILL THAT MAY OCCUR ON EPA PROPERTY, I.E. EPA MAIN CAMPUS, NATIONAL COMPUTER CENTER, NHEERL FACILITY, HUMAN STUDIES FACILITY, AND PAGE ROAD WAREHOUSE. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTAINMENT OF ANY SPILL WITHIN TWO (2) HOURS OF NOTIFICATION OF THE SPILL AND SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANUP WITHIN A TWENTY-FOUR (24) TO FORTY-EIGHT (48) HOUR LIMIT DEPENDING ON THE NATURE OF THE SPILL.
