Description of requirement

UNDER THIS STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW), THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PERFORM ONSITE MAINTENANCE, AND REPAIR OF PRINTERS, FAX MACHINES, MULTI-FUNCTIONAL DEVICES, SCANNERS AND MAP PLOTTER/COPIER EQUIPMENT AT THE REGION 7 REGIONAL OFFICE (RO) AND TRAINING AND LOGISTICS CENTER (TLC). WHEN REQUIRED THE CONTRACTOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING ARRANGEMENTS WITH VENDORS FOR REPAIRS THAT CANNOT BE PERFORMED BY THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN AND REQUIRE THE ITEM TO BE RETURNED TO THE VENDOR FOR REPAIR.
