Description of requirement
THE PURPOSE OF THIS CONTRACT IS TO OBTAIN STRATEGIC ENTERPRISE PLANNING SYSTEM (ERP) IMPLEMENTATION ADVICE, AS WELL AS TECHNICAL, FUNCTIONAL, AND MANAGERIAL EXPERTISE TO THE LOGISTICS TRANSFORMATION OFFICE (LTO). THIS SUPPORT WILL ASSIST THE LTO IN REENGINEERING THE LEGACY AIR FORCE LOGISTICS PROCESSES BASED ON CURRENT INDUSTRY BEST PRACTICES AND ORACLE CAPABILITIES, MAPPING THE NEW PROCESSES INTO THE NEW AIR FORCE S LOGISTICS ERP SYSTEM, THE EXPEDITIONARY COMBAT SUPPORT SYSTEM (ECSS).
