SIN: 595 21CONTRACTOR SHALL SUPPORT CUSTOMER AGENCY HUMAN CAPITAL STRATEGY, POLICY AND OPERATIONAL PLAN FUNCTION INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF EFFECTIVEHUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES, ENHANCED POLICY, AND PLANS THAT ENSURE FEDERAL ORGANIZATIONS ARE ABLE TO MANAGE A HIGHLY QUALIFIED, PRODUCTIVE, AND DIVERSE WORKFORCE FOCUSED ON RESULTS ALIGNED WITH AGENCY MISSION, GOALS, AND OBJECTIVES IN ACCORDANCE WITH MERIT SYSTEM PRINCIPLES.
