Description of requirement

PROVIDE ALL LABOR MATERIALS SUPERVISION, TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT NECESSARY FOR GENERAL REPAIRS AND ALTERATIONS TO GOVERNMENT OWNED AND LEASED FACILITIES FOR GEORGIA, N. FLORIDA, ALABAMA, MISSISSIPPI, AND TENNESSEE. THIS WILL BE AN INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT FOR GENERAL CONSTRUCTION, REPAIRS AND ALTERATIONS WITH THE ABILITY TO PERFORM ASSOCIATED DESIGN SERVICES FOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS RANGING FROM APPROXIMATELY $1,000 TO $5,000,000. ANY CONTRACTS AWARDED THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE FOR A ONE YEAR BASE PERIOD WITH FOUR ADDITIONAL ONE YEAR OPTIONS.
