Description of requirement

THE PURPOSE OF THIS CONTRACT IS TO PUT IN PLACE AN IDIQ CONTRACT. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL FURNISH ALL LABOR, MATERIAL, EQUIPMENT AND SUPERVISION FOR THE MULTIPLE AWARD IDIQ CONTRACT FOR ALL TYPES OF CONSTRUCTION FOR LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT THE NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION. THIS IDIQ CONTRACT WILL UTILIZE ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER YOUR PRIOR CONTRACT, GS11P04YAD0178, WHERE APPLICABLE AND REQUIRED BY LAW OUTDATED CLAUSES ARE REPLACED WITH THE SAME UPDATED CLAUSES.
