THIS AWARD IS FOR A BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA) FOR WORKPLACE FURNITURE TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO SYSTEMS, CASEGOODS, TABLES, SEATING, STORAGE, HIGH DENSITY FILING, DEMOUNTABLE WALLS, ACCESSORY AND ANCILLARY ITEMS AS WELL AS DESIGN, PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND INSTALLATION SERVICES IN SUPPORT OF GSA PBS REGIONS 1-4. THE GOVERNMENT ACCEPTS STEELCASE'S QUOTE DATED MARCH 23, 2017, WHICH INCLUDES ALL REVISIONS. THIS BPA IS HEREBY ISSUED ON APRIL 14, 2017 WITH A BASE PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE OF APRIL 14, 2017 THROUGH APRIL 13, 2018 WITH FOUR (4) ONE-YEAR OPTION PERIODS. (SUBJECT TO ANNUAL REVIEW) THE TOTAL ESTIMATED VALUE OF THE BPA IS $20,000,000 OVER THE FULL FIVE YEAR TERM.
