Description of requirement
THE PURPOSE OF THE ACQUISITION IS TO PROVIDE SYSTEMS ENGINEERING AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE (SETA) SUPPORT SERVICES TO THE JOINT IMPROVISED EXPLOSIVE DEVICE DEFEAT ORGANIZATION (JIEDDO)/COUNTER-IMPROVISED EXPLOSIVE DEVICE (C-IED) OPERATIONS INTELLIGENCE INTEGRATION CENTER (COIC). THE CONTRACTOR, IN CLOSE COORDINATION WITH JIEDDO PERSONNEL, SHALL SUPPORT THE JIEDDO MISSION WITH INDEPENDENT RESEARCH AND EXPERIMENTAL DEVELOPMENT, ANALYTICAL, TECHNICAL AND OPERATIONAL ASSISTANCE TO JIEDDO-COIC WITHOUT ORGANIZATIONAL CONFLICT OF INTEREST. THIS ACTION ALSO PROVIDES THE MINIMUM ORDER GUARANTEE OF $25,000.
