Description of requirement

IGF::CT::IGF THE PURPOSE OF DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY CONTRACT HSHQDC-13-C-B0030 IS TO PROVIDE FUNDING TO INTEROP-SOLUTIONS LLC FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF THE TURTLE MIKE: INTEGRATION OF RADIO AND BROADBAND PROJECT. THIS PROJECT IS ONE OF SEVERAL THAT WAS SELECTED FOR AWARD UNDER THE WIRELESS BROADBAND TECHNOLOGY DEMONSTRATOR (BAA 12-10). ALL WORK SHALL BE PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DETAILED STATEMENT OF WORK ATTACHED TO THE CONTRACT AS ATTACHMENT 1. THIS IS A TIME&MATERIALS TYPE CONTRACT.
