IGF::OT::IGF ITAR: HQA2015-1200 THE PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF THE DHS-WIDE MES CONTRACT IS TO PROVIDE ALL COMPONENTS WITH A CENTRAL CONTRACT VEHICLE TO ACCESS THE MICROSOFT SERVICES THAT SUPPORT THE DHS SIGNIFICANT INVESTMENT IN THE MICROSOFT SOFTWARE IT PURCHASED THROUGH THE DHS MICROSOFT ELA. THIS EFFORT IS TO ESTABLISH A BPA AND SUBSEQUENT ORDERS WILL BE FUNDED AT THE TASK ORDER LEVEL.
