A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR A NEW 30 MONTH CONTRACT IS ATTACHED WITH A REQUEST FOR THE FIRST 12 MONTHS, APRIL 1ST, 2009 THROUGH MARCH 31ST, 2010, ESTIMATED AT $56,000.
