Description of requirement
THE PURPOSE OF THIS DEPARTMENT-WIDE, IDIQ CONTRACT IS TO PROVIDE THE DHS WITH THE ABILITY TO PURCHASE A FULL ARRAY OF SPECIALIZED SECURITY TRAINING SERVICES.
