GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: SERVICE REQUESTS (CALLS) FOR MAINTENANCE ON IMAGERUNNER COPIER 3220G. KLAMATH BASIN NATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE COMPLEX OWNS A CANNON IMAGERUNNER 3220G FAX/PRINTER/COPIER. IKON OFFICE SOLUTIONS, INC, SHALL PROVIDE PERIODIC MAINTENANCE VIA SERVICE REQUESTS (CALLS) FOR THE CANNON IR 3220G, TO INCLUDE ALL TONER, LABOR AND PARTS, BLACK AND WHITE COPIES UP TO 2,400 COPIES/MONTH, PLUS COLOR COPIES UP TO 2,400/MONTH. MAINTENANCE, REPAIRS, AND TONER SUPPLIES SHALL BE PROVIDED ON AN ON CALL (SERVICE REQUEST) BASIS. MONTHLY COUNTER CHECKS SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO IKON FOR BILLING.
