Description of requirement

THE PURPOSE OF THIS INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) CONTRACT IS TO PROVIDE GENERAL ENGINEERING SERVICES WITH DESIGN SUPPORT FOR THE ALASKA REGION OF THE NATIONAL PARK SERVICE. ALL SERVICES WILL BE OBTAINED THROUGH THE ISSUANCE OF TASK ORDERS AND ALL MONETARY OBLIGATIONS WILL BE MADE BY TASK ORDERS. THIS IDIQ CONTRACT IS CREATED WITH ONE BASE YEAR OR PERIOD WITH FOUR OPTION YEARS OR PERIODS FOR A MAXIMUM TIME OF FIVE YEARS. THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF OBLIGATIONS TO BE MADE BY MEANS OF THIS IDIQ CONTRACT IS $5,000.000 WITH A MINIMUM OBLIGATION AMOUNT OF $5,000 FOR THE LIFE OF THE CONTRACT. THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF ANY GIVEN TASK ORDER IS $250,000.
