1) PROVIDE STRATEGIC BUSINESS ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROSPECTUSES AND THE SOLICITATION AND SELECTION OF OPERATORS OF CONCESSION CONTRACTS AND OTHER COMMERCIAL INSTRUMENTS FOR A VARIETY OF PARKS THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES, ITS POSSESSIONS, AND TERRITORIES; AND 2) PROVIDE ADVISORY SUPPORT AND BUSINESS PROCESS TO ASSIST THE PROGRAM IN MANAGING EMERGENCIES AS WELL AS WORKING TO CONTINUE IMPLEMENTING ITS PROGRAM IMPROVEMENT PLAN.
