MINOR CONTRUCTION MACC (BASE PERIOD)THIS CONTRACT IS FOR VARIOUS CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE, AND ALTERATION PROJECTS AT ASSORTED BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES BY MEANS OF A MULTIPLE AWARD INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT AT THE NAVAL SUPPORT ACTIVITY, CRANE, INDIANA AND GLENDORA TEST FACILITY, SULLIVAN, INDIANA. WORK INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO GENERAL CONSTRUCTION, ALTERATION, REPAIR, EQUIPMENT RELOCATION, AND DEMOLITION. TASK ORDER 0001 FOR THE MINIMUM GUARANTEE OF $15,000.00 WILL BE ISSUED CONCURRENTLY WITH THE CONTRACT AWARD. ONCE THE VALUE OF TASK ORDERS PLACED EXCEEDS $15,000.00, TASK ORDER 0001 SHALL BE MODIFIED TO DEOBLIGATE THE FUNDS FROM THE TASK ORDER. NOTE: ALL TASK ORDERS WILL BE ISSUED ELECTRONICALLY.
