GLENN ENGINEERING&SCIENTIFIC SERVICES 3 (GESS3) A PREFORMANCE BASED IDIQ TASK ORDER CONTRACT CPFF/AF THE PURPOSE OF THIS CONTRACT IS TO PROVIDE ENGINEERING, RESEARCH AND TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT, OPERATIONS AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT TO THE NATIONAL AERONAUTICS AND SPACE ADMINISTRATION (NASA) GLENN RESEARCH CENTER (GRC). THESE SERVICES WILL ASSIST GRC IN SUPPORTING ITS AGENCY ASSIGNED PROJECTS AND PROGRAMS, AND ENABLE GRC TO MEET ITS OVERALL STRATEGIC GOALS. THESE STRATEGIC GOALS INCLUDE PROVIDING WORLD CLASS RESEARCH AND TECHNOLOGY; REVOLUTIONIZING AERONAUTICAL TRAVEL; SPACE EXPLORATION; AND ADVANCE SPACE MISSIONS AND AERONAUTICS BY LEVERAGING GRC S CORE COMPETENCIES TO DELIVER ENGINEERING PRODUCTS RANGING FROM INITIAL CONCEPTS THROUGH COMPLETE FLIGHT SYSTEMS.
