THE PURPOSE OF THIS INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) CONTRACT IS TO PROVIDE THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF STATE (DOS), BUREAU OF DIPLOMATIC SECURITY (DS), OFFICE OF DOMESTIC OPERATIONS (DO) WITH NECESSARY SECURITY CONSULTING CONTRACTED PERSONNEL AND EQUIPMENT TO EFFECTIVELY SUPPORT DS/DO.
