ELECTRONIC WARFARE PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT TOOL PROGRAM WILL PROVIDE RANGE OF SERVICES NECESSARY TO DESIGN, BUILD, INTEGRATE, TEST AND DELIVER THE EWPMT SYSTEM.
