UPGRADE M1A1 ABRAMS TANKS TO NEWLY CONFIGURED ABRAMS M1A2 SEPV3, M1A2S AND M1A2-K TANKS. THE THREE-YEAR REQUIREMENTS CONTRACT WILL INCLUDE FIXED PRICE INCENTIVE (FPI) CONTRACT LINE ITEM NUMBERS (CLINS) FOR ABRAMS TANKS, FIRM-FIXED-PRICE (FFP) CLINS FOR SUPPORTING INTEGRATED PRODUCT SUPPORT (IPS), (AUTHORIZED STOCKAGE LISTING (ASL), SPECIAL TOOLS AND TEST EQUIPMENT (STTE) AND INTEGRATED LOGISTICS SUPPORT SPARES), AND COST PLUS FIXED FEE (CPFF) COMPLETION CLINS FOR THE REPAIR OF DEFECTIVE GOVERNMENT MATERIAL (DGM) AND THE REPLACEMENT OF WASHED- OUT ANNISTON ARMY DEPOT (ANAD) RECLAIMED COMPONENTS.
