MULTIPLE AWARD INDEFINITE DELIVERY, INDEFINITE QUANTITY TASK ORDER CONTRACT (MATOC) FOR CONSTRUCTION AND DESIGN BUILD FOR HEALTHCARE FACILITIES FOR THE U.S. AIR FORCE MEDICAL SERVICES, U.S. ARMY MEDICAL COMMAND(MEDCOM) AND OTHER CORPS OF ENGINEERS CUSTOMERS WITH HEALTHCARE FACILITIES NEEDS. SET ASIDE FOR SECTION 8(A) SMALL BUSINESS. PROVIDE ALL NECESSARY LABOR, MATERIAL, SUPERVISION, AND EQUIPMENT FOR REPAIRS, ALTERATIONS, DESIGN BUILD AND CONSTRUCTION FOR SUSTAINMENT'S, RESTORATION AND MODERNIZATION (SRM) OF CLINICS, ANCILLARY FACILITIES AND WELLNESS CENTERS USING MILITARY CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE PROCESSES. ESTIMATED TOTAL CONTRACT DURATION (BASE PERIOD) PLUS FOUR (4) OPTION PERIODS) IS SIXTY (60) CONSECUTIVE MONTHS AFTER THE CONTRACT AWARD. DURATION OF EACH CONTRACT PERIOD IS NOT TO EXCEED (NTE) 365 DAYS. ANY UNUSED CAPACITY IN ONE CONTRACT PERIOD MAY BE CARRIED OVER INTO THE SUBSEQUENT CONTRACT PERIOD. ESTIMATED TOTAL CONTRACT POOL IS $53,435,000.000, SPREAD ACROSS ALL AWARDED CONTRACTS. OPTION PERIODS WILL BE EXECUTED AT THE GOVERNMENTS DISCRETIONS. THE GOVERNMENT WILL OBLIGATE TO THE CONTRACTOR A GUARANTEED MINIMUM AMOUNT FOR THE BASE PERIOD ONLY. PRICING SHOULD BE PLACED ON THE ATTACHED BID SCHEDULE. FOB DESTINATION.
