Notice of Intent to Award a Sole-Source Architect-Engineer Contract for 4th Floor Revised Drawing Package

This is a notice of the Government’s intent to negotiate and award a sole-source, fixed-price architect-engineer contract for a revised drawing package. The requirement is for architect-engineer services to update the existing design package and produce a coordinated, permit-ready construction set. Market research indicates that only one responsible source is reasonably available to satisfy the requirement without substantial duplication of cost and schedule delay. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
