Amendment 0001 (10Mar21) - The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to contractor questions. See attachment entiled: 1202SC21Q0003 Amd 0001 Questions and Answers, which includes the amended RFQ. Subject: The USDA Forest Service (FS), has a requirement for a multiple award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ) for nonpersonal services. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, personnel, equipment, supplies and transportation to provide fire and aviation consulting, analysis, data gathering, writing, group coordination and facilitation to the Forest Service Fire and Aviation Management (FAM) office in Boise, ID. Expertise is required in aviation and its standards employed in a wildland fire environment.
