BPA Setup - Waste Removal and disposal from Vault toilets & Septic tanks at various sites for the Region 6 National Forest

AMENDED TO ADD MORE SITES The USDA Forest Service, Procurement & Property Services Division, Field Procurement Operations, Northwest Zone Service and Supply CSA #2, Portland, OR, intends to issue a Request for Quotation for a firm-fixed priced type Blanket Purchase Agreement for Vault Pumping Services for the Region 6 Forests various locations. Services will involve providing sewage disposal services from multiple vendors for vault toilet and septic tank waste removal and disposal. This will be a BPA with a 10 year annual renewal agreement. It will be advertised under NAICS Code 562991, Septic Tank and Related Services. The Small Business size standard applicable to the advertised NAICS code is $8.0 Million. The applicable Product/Service Code is S205, Maintenance of Sewage and Waste Facilities. This procurement will be set-aside in total for Small Businesses. The applicable solicitation number for this requirement, 1240BDQ220028, will be posted on the System for Award Management (SAM) website at https://www.sam.gov on February 11, 2022. The solicitation will be uploaded at the above website; no paper copy of this solicitation will be distributed. Prospective contractors shall be actively registered in SAM at https://www.sam.gov to be eligible for award.
