Procedure used to solicit and award a call order: This notice is for the issuance of a blanket purchase agreement call request under BPA WW/UMA Mechanical and Hand Thinning Fuels Reduction BPA 1240BE22A00XX . This was a competitive request for quotes under a previously issued BPA to the contractors that were awarded hand thinning only. Only current BPA holders can quote the forthcoming call request. Description: The purpose of this solicitation is to provide a call order that includes 3 projects that contain hand thinning, hand piling, and sectioning on the Whitman Ranger District of the Wallowa Whitman NF. All work shall be completed by November 30, 2024.
