Region 8 Call When Needed (CWN) Light Fixed Wing Aircraft

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The solicitation number is 1243N918Q0003 and is issued as a request for quotes. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-44. This is a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for fully operated and maintained light fixed wing aircraft services on a Call When Needed (CWN) basis, throughout Region 8 Southern Region. Aircraft shall meet the requirements of this schedule and the specifications included herein. The BOA contains the terms and clauses applying to future orders, a description of the requirement and methods of pricing, issuing and delivering orders. The BOA is not a contract. The placement of any orders is not guaranteed. The effective period of the resultant agreement(s) will be from date of award to September 30, 2023. This procurement will be 100% set aside for small business concerns. The Government will award multiple agreements resulting from this solicitation to all Offerors who are determined to be responsible, technically acceptable, and submit fair and reasonable pricing.
