This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04. (iv) This procurement is set aside for Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 115310 and the Small Business Size Standard is $10.0M. (v) Date, Time, and Place Offers are due By Monday, August 7, 2023 5:00pm Central Standard Time to email: scott.beeman@usda.gov (vi) Solicitation Government Point of Contact Scott Beeman at scott.beeman@usda.gov (vii) Description of Requirement The Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is a 5 year agreement for Timber Stand Improvement (TSI) services for the US Forest Service within the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest and the Ottawa National Forest. TSI services will be performed in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. Issuance of a BPA does not obligate the Government to purchase TSI services. Once BPAs are established, individual calls (orders) may be issued to those vendors with BPAs as specific projects are identified by the Government. See the Supplemental Terms and Conditions section for information on how calls will be issued. Applicable Federal Wage Determinations will be included in each order.
