Performance Based Service Contract (PBSC) for Road Maintenance, Homochitto Ranger District, National Forests in Mississippi

The National Forests in Mississippi is soliciting for road maintenance services on roads within the administrative boundaries of the Homochitto Ranger District. For this requirement, the contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, permits, licenses, supervision, expertise, and other incidentals necessary to successfully complete related to road blading, cleaning of culverts and ditches, aggregate placement, and sign installation on National Forest Roads. This is a request for proposals which will result in award of a firm-fixed price, performance-based, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contracts for a basic period of performance from date of award through December 31, 2018, plus one (1) one-year option period. Submission of an offer for the basic contract period constitutes an offer to perform in the option period(s), if exercised. This project is set-aside 100% for small businesses. Award will be made based on the best value to the Government and can be made on initial offers.
