Construction IDIQ

The US Forest Service, Cherokee National Forest in Cleveland, TN has a requiremnt for a Construction Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity Contract. The contract performance period will be a base year and 4 one year option periods. The contrat ceiling is $950,000 over the ilfe of the contract. The guaranteed contract minimum is $10,000.00 over the life of the contract. Task Orders will Range from $2,000.00 - $150,000.00. Work to be performend under this contract includes but is not limited to; repair, remodel, renovtion of facilities, construction of new facilities includig utilities, roads, trails, aand other related site work. This is a 100% set aside for Small Businesses. The solicitation will be available on this site on or about 2 March 2018.
