This request for quote (RFQ) solicitation # 12505B24Q0276 is to provide Software License and Device Warranty for an ONT GridION x5 in accordance with the Requirements provided in the Attachments/Links section. The associated NAICS is 513210 ( Software Publishers ) with a small business size standard of under $47.0 Million. The applicable PSC is J066 ( Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment- Instruments and Laboratory Equipment ). This solicitation is issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. It is the Governments intent to make a single firm-fixed price award that includes a base and four option years. Any questions and all quotes must be submitted in writing via email to Aaron Dimeo at aaron.dimeo@usda.gov with the solicitation number ( 12505B24Q0276 ) and/or title ("Software License and Device Warranty for an ONT GridION x5") in the subject line, body, or attachments of the email. Questions are due by or before 11:59 PM CT on Thursday, August 1, 2024. Answers to questions received before the deadline will be posted in an amendment to the solicitation. A completed copy of the SF1449 quote submission form and the supplemental "Supporting Information Form" are to be include with your quote.
