High Volume Instrument (HVI) Maintenance

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Marketing Service, Cotton and Tobacco Program plans to extend the full service maintenance on the High Volume Instruments (HVI's) beyond the 96 months originally purchased under contracts: AG-4740-C-12-0002; AG-4740-C-13-0005; AG-4740-C-14-0003; AG-4740-C-15-0003 with Uster Technologies located at 456 Troy Circle, Knoxville, TN 37919. This contract will also include maintenance beyond the 96 months for any High Volume Instrument regardless of the year or contract purchased under. Uster is the manufacturer of the HVI and is the only contractor who can provide this service on the HVI's. The HVI full service contract includes parts, labor, supplies, proprietary software updates, etc. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotations or proposals.
