USFS Job Corps Mountain Zone Facilities Construction MATOC

The USDA Forest Service (FS), Job Corps , has a requirement for Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IDIQ ). The IDIQs will be for facilities construction and maintenance for Job Corps Center located in the following states; NE,CO,UT,SD. The work performed may include new work, additions, alterations, or maintenance and repairs and construction of facilities, to include roofing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and other trades. This procurement will be solicited using North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a small business size standards of $45M. The IDIQ contracts will have a shared ceiling of $5 Million. The ordering period of the IDIQ contracts will be five (5) years from the effective date of the award or when the ceiling of $5 Million is reached, whichever comes first. February 21, 2023 - Adding a Q&A document and a revised section L and M. March 7, 2024 - Adding a revised section L and M and updated seed packages. All questions are due by March 14, 2024. Site visits are on a case by case basis.
