Bulk Fuel Delivery Services - Lassen, Modoc & Plumas NF

Requirement: The US Forest Service is seeking quotes to enter into one or more Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for delivery of bulk fuel (gasoline, diesel and biodiesel) to various locations on the Lassen, Modoc and Plumas National Forests in California to fuel tanks ranging in size from 250 - 2,500 gallons on an as needed basis. Set Asides: This procurement is being solicited as a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 324110. The related small business size standard is 1,500 employees. Solicitation Info: Solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 12. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. The anticipated posting of this solicitation is on or about April 24, 2018. Inquiries: All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing via email to tmarino@fs.fed.us. No telephone questions will be accepted. It is recommended that they be submitted no later than 3 calendar days prior to the closing date of the solicitation to allow a reply to reach all prospective contractors before the solicitation closing date. Questions received after that time may not receive a response. Notifications: In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), the government is limiting the availability of the solicitation to electronic medium through this posting to FBO.gov.
