The United States Government intends to issue one (1) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Environmental Appraising Services supporting properties in Texas authorized under the Agricultural Conservation Easement Program initiated by the USDA/NRCS State Office in Temple, Texas. The government plans to award based Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). LPTA means award is based on the lowest evaluated price proposal which meets or exceeds the acceptability standards for the non-price evaluation factors listed below. Evaluation Factors Description of Requirement: The United States Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), Texas, is seeking contractors to provide appraisal services for the execution and recordation of conservation easements on behalf of the Natural Resources Conservation Service.
