***AMENDMENT 0003*** The purpose of this amendment is to update the answer to Question 65 of Amendment 0001. The Government answer is revised to state, "Fulltime positions are 1,912 hours, annually." Contractors must acknowledge this amendment by completing blocks 15A-C of the SF 30 when submitting their quote. ***ORIGINAL SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION*** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, 12FPC424Q0005 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The acquisition procedures at FAR Parts 12 & 13 are being utilized. The Government anticipates the award of one firm fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement resulting from this solicitation. Award shall be made to the offeror whose quote confirming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clause are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-05. This solicitation is being conducted as a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. The North American Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561110, Office Administrative Services; the size standard is $12.5 million. Active SAM registration is required in order to be awarded this contract and must remain active throughout the period of performance. Contract Line Item Number (CLINS): See Attachment 2, Price Schedule Description of Services: The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, equipment, and resources to provide clerical support services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) (Attachment 1), provisions and clauses, and current wage determinations hereby made part of this solicitation. Dates & Places of Delivery & Acceptance: The subsequent BPA as a result of this solicitation shall have a period of performance of December 18, 2023 through December 17, 2028. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. Quoters must read and follow the additional instructions contained in the attached RFQ to receive consideration.
