Vegetative Plantings IDIQ Within Coastal Areas of Louisiana

The USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) - National Specialized Services Delivery Team located in Lafayette, LA is issuing this pre-solicitation notice in advance of the solicitation to be issued under the procedures of FAR Part 15 for the Vegetative Plantings IDIQ Within Coastal Louisiana. The specific work requirements will be provided in the full solicitation. The NRCS contemplates award of a single or multiple firm fixed priced indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) task order contracts resulting from this solicitation. This is being procured as a Total Small Business Set Aside under NAICS Code 115112, and the Small Business Administrations (SBA) size standard is $7 million. In order to comply with the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996, all contractors must be registred in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be considred for an award of a Federal contract. This project is authorized by the Coastal Wetlands, Planning, Protection and Restoration Act (CWPPRA) which funds coastal wetlands projects in Louisiana.
