Description
In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Office intends to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price Contract to Engineering Coil Company dba DRS Marlo Inc. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations; however, any challenges to this sole source must be received in writing and sent to Charles.d.bell14.civ@us.navy.mil to be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether or not to compete the requirement. Challenges must include information sufficient to enable the Government to decide that an equivalent service exists which would meet the Governments needs as stated herein. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Synopsis Land Based Air Conditioner The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst intends to issue an award on a non-competitive basis to HDT Global (Cage 92878) for the Manufacture, Assembly, and Production of a quantity of one (1) Land Based Air Conditioner, Part Number: 197K2000-100, NSN: 4120-01-598-3712 for the E-2D Aircraft. This is a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Procurement for the Japan Air Self Defense Force (JASDF), E-2D Program under Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case JA-P-CVT. Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), located in Indian Head, Maryland, is interested in establishing Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with companies that provide standard commercial supplies and services at competitive prices in Classification: PSC/FSC Code 4120, NAICS 333415, AIR CONDITIONING EQUIPMENT PSC/FSC Code 4130, NAICS 333415, REFRIGERATION AND AIR CONDITIONING COMPONENTS BPA Calls will not exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold and Offerors will compete at the call level. Interested companies must (have/include): Cover sheet with the official company name, cage code, and point of contact including name, phone number, and email address. Documentation addressing the capabilities and expertise. Complete and return a price list, if applicable. BPA's will be awarded on the basis of positive Past Performance.
