Requirements: • Global 24x7 Coverage; • Bi-directional communications; • Baud rates >=2400bps; • Mobile Originated and Mobile Terminated Calls; • Router-Based Unrestricted Digital Internetworking Connectivity Solutions (RUDICS); • Short-burst data (SBD); • Voice The Government anticipates an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with an ordering period of 1 August 2021 to 31 July 2026. A Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted to the Governmentwide Point of Entry with an anticipated award date of before 1 August 2021.
