To Answer Questions Asked and the Governments Responses: Question Asked: Due to the short time window if this bid I am not able to come out and field verify the depth of the sewer line that needs to be replaced. Is there a known depth of the sewer line that needs to be replaced? Question Asked: Is there asphalt that needs to be cut the entire length of the proposed sewer line route. Questions Asked: Have there been any date/time changes to the advertised bid date? · Do you have a pre-bid meeting scheduled? Governments Response: This is a Fix Price Contract and will not have a pre-bid meeting. · Do you have the engineers estimate for this project? · Do you have a copy of the Plan Holder¿s List available? If yes, can you email me a copy? Governments Response: We do not have a plan holder's List. · Have there been any addenda released for this? Governments Response: No Amendment has not been done yet. · Are you working with an outside engineer on this project? GOVERNMENTS RESPONSE: The approximate depth of the sewer line to be replaced is from 6-feet to 3-feet in depth. This information was obtained from the Maintenance Worker at the site. The asphalt that needs to be replaced is approximately 40 feet in length. We are not working with an outside engineer on this project. 2. To extend the Proposal due date to December 28, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. (COB) and no more questions to asked. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAINS THE SAME IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
