B--PETROLEUM MODELING SERVICE BASINMOD IDIQ REQUIREME

This Notice is to announce the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for Petroleum Systems Modeling Services services in accordance with the FedConnect posted solicitation. A copy of this solicitation may be accessed at FedConnect, www.fedconnect.net. The FedConnect solicitation reference number is 140G0218R0039 and is being issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP). The policies contained in FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation and award prescribed in Part 15, as appropriate, shall be used for this acquisition. All requirements for preparation, submission, and receipt of proposals contained in the solicitation and amendments as posted at FedConnect shall be adhered to.
