The National Park Service, Northeast Region, New England Major Acquisition Buying Office, issues this contract for a requirement for replace roof on garage # 18 at Springfield Armory National Historic Site (SPAR), Springfield, MA. The Work consists of providing all labor, qualified supervision, material, tools, equipment, supplies, and incidentals to consists with the removal and replacement of approximately 600 square feet of existing roofing and associated components on Garage Building #18, originally constructed in 1930.
