2026 WEEKEND CLEANUP CH ML AND LF
FY26 Cleaning Services for Cherokee, Meriwether Lewis and Leipers Fork District on the Natchez Trace Parkway.

The National Park Service, Contracting Operations East, hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation for the Natchez Trace Parkway.

It is the intent of this service contract(s) to provide all necessary supplies, labor, safety
equipment, transportation, and supervision to thoroughly clean eleven (11) restrooms, thirteen (13) picnic areas, two (2) pullouts with garbage cans, and one (1) pavilion on the Natchez Trace Parkway.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561720. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition shall result in award of a firm fixed price contract.

**A highly suggested site visit is scheduled for May 21, 2026 at 10:00 CT at Garrison Creek Mile Marker 427.3**

The selection will be made by evaluating proposals based on cost, technical approach, and relevant experience.

Bidders must be able to provide a registered UEI# and references of applicable experience in order to receive the award.
