Amendment 0005: The purpose of Amendment (0005) is to revise Section C, Statement of Work, Paragraph 4, to incorporate a list of all applicable MEOs associated with DMWR-1-2915-361&P. Amendment 0004: The purpose of Amendment (0004) is to revise the solicitation from a five (5) year IDIQ to a three (3) year IDIQ, decrease the maximum estimated quantity from 3,000 each to 1,500 each, and remove the FMS requirement.
