This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Far subpart 15.101-2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotes are being requested. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99. Prospective vendors must be actively registered with the System for Awards Management (SAM) website at http://www.sam.gov.
